Choose your test and place your order online. You will be sent an order confirmation email containing all the information you need to test your sample.
Step 2
Complete your online submission and collect your sample. All it takes is a small sample, 3-4 strands, to complete the test.
Step 3
Send your sample to our facilities. You will not be sent out a test kit, as this is a downloadable submission process.
Step 4
Receive your results in 5–7 working days once your sample is received. Your results will be sent to your email and will come with a helpful elimination diet guide.

So far I am really pleased with this kit, instructions were clear and simple to understand, I did use a label to write details on the back as black pen wouldn’t work, 1st class envelope was also provided. Have it sent off now and will update with the results if there are any that we know are causing problems. My husband has chronic pains and NHS refused the rheumatologists referral for the skin test so have no option but to pay for it ourselves. Everything you need comes neatly packaged in the box. The instructions and form to complete is attached to the box but can remove easily. Instructions are clear and straight forward. Comes with an envelop to post off. You can get your results via the app as well as email and it tests so many different categories.
